Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the legal rights of the purchaser you are entitled to cancel your purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 30 days pursuant from the delivery date of the products according to article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005. The buyer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify EDO through explicit statement which must be sent by registered mail or by email to [email protected]

The goods must be returned intact in the original packaging complete in all its parts together with any paperwork that was included. When the above has been verified, the site will refund the amount paid for the products within a maximum period of 30 days. The purchaser will be refunded using the same method of payment chosen by the customer when purchasing.
